Terms & Conditions:

1. The promotion period is from 1 July to 31 July, 2026 (unless otherwise specified).
2. The Offers are applicable to Lukfook Jewellery, Lukfook Joaillerie and Heirloom Fortune physical shops worldwide (unless otherwise specified and not applicable to shops in Chinese Mainland).
3. "Diamond members" include White Diamond, Fancy Diamond and Gold Diamond members (except Silver members).
4. The Offers are made in local currency.
5. Members must present valid Lukfook VIP card before making payment or redemption in order to enjoy member offers, no subsequent entry of points will be entertained.
6. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
7. 3.5x VIP Points Promotion is not applicable to Gold and Platinum items; calculation of 3.5x VIP points is based on the actual paying amount of one single transaction receipt upon purchase of designated items.
8. Gifts with 65% off on redemption points will be launched at 10 a.m. on Wednesday (1/7, 8/7, 15/7 and 22/7) (UTC+8). A total of 106 pieces of gift will be launched in 4 phases, all gifts are available while stock last; Each member can only redeem 1 piece of each gift per phase; Member has to submit the gift redemption application through the “Limited-Time Offers Zone (Exclusive for Diamond Members)” on “Gift Redemption” page by logging into the VIP zone of Lukfook Jewellery official website or Lukfook Jewellery VIP mobile application (only available in Traditional Chinese and English), and must collect the gift in person at a shop selected by member (not applicable to shops in Chinese Mainland); Gifts cannot be exchanged, returned, redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products; All points will not be refunded once deducted; Gift redemption and usage are subject to the terms and conditions, participating the redemption constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions. Please refer to the terms and conditions on the Gift Redemption page before participating; Except for liabilities prescribed by law, Lukfook Group shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to direct or indirect) arising from the use of the gifts.
9. Membership upgrade rewards are only applicable to members who have successfully upgraded to White Diamond, Fancy Diamond or Gold Diamond membership for the first time by consuming in any Lukfook Jewellery, Lukfook Joaillerie, Love LUKFOOK JEWELLERY or Heirloom Fortune  shops worldwide (not applicable to shops in Chinese Mainland) during the promotion period; The qualification will be based on the membership level of members at the end of the promotion period, and the transaction of that membership upgrade achieved must be taken place in any physical shop mentioned above worldwide (not applicable to shops in Chinese Mainland); The quantity of the designated 18K Gold Diamond pendant is limited, after this style is out of stocks, the gift will be replaced with other random styles; For members who are eligible to the membership upgrade rewards, the points will be credited to the relevant member account or a representative will contact all winners individually for prize collection arrangements in August 2026; All winners must collect their prizes in person at a shop selected by them (not applicable to shops in Chinese Mainland). Failure to collect the prize by the deadline will be deemed forfeited.
10. For fairness, staff of Lukfook Group are not allowed to participate in the member offers above.
